Sizwe Banzi is Dead

"Sizwe Banzi is Dead" - A play that exposed the apartheid system in South Africa. How people who were taught this in school, are not awakened is still a bother. Well, the banking educational system did the damage with partnerships from some of its cohorts also. In the book, Modern Africa Drama - Adefolaju Adeseke explained the plot of the drama "Apartheid policy which is the political system by which different races co-exist within the same nation but do not have equal political, social, and economic rights, (Oyetunde in Fugard et al: 1991) negates the fundamental human rights of black people. In apartheid South Africa, blacks did not have the right to participate in politics, good employment opportunities, and qualitative education. The blacks could not move freely in areas designated for the whites; they could not attend the same church with the whites let alone shopping in the same supermarket with them." My plea go back to the African written plays, and novels

Agba No Sense

'Agba ki n wa loja, ko ri omotutun wo' - An elder cannot be present without producing the much-needed order even in the most disorganized places.  The question is where are our elders(political, religious, economic, etc)?  And don't get it twisted, by the result we can see, we have only produced old people (void of wisdom - extremely daft people with numbers on their side), and our people understand elders not just as numbers, but with wisdom playing an essential part of being an elder. If you like just continue in the part of these charlatans to age, no go get sense... There is no respect for a wasteful past - maybe young stupid folks like them but not from me definitely.

Time Validates

Hey there. Let's set the alarm for a productive day ahead. Before diving in, let's acknowledge the date, which might vary depending on where you're tuning in from. Now, let's get to it. But first, a word on the political and economic landscape here in Nigeria. It's crucial to recognize that the political elite often prioritizes their own interests over those of the people. Trusting them blindly is akin to living in a cycle of déjà vu, where they justify their actions while contradicting the interests of the people. Remember the proposal some time back that all politicians should educate their kids within Nigeria? The dismissive response to that idea was telling. It's clear they prioritize their own convenience over the needs of the people. We mustn't be naive to think they have our best interests at heart. It's imperative for us, the citizens, to organize and protect our own interests. Unity among us is paramount, transcending divisions based on religion

I am first an African

I truly understand where you are coming from and we would have read their books and they would have taught us to include them in our actions while they can isolate us in their actions. Why would the oppressed be told to fight their liberation from a different point of the oppressors, probably because of the following: So who would create the colour for what purpose was it created? And at the mention/identification of colour then I am then told I have to look past colour though not wrong on the surface with deeper reasoning, one would begin to unravel the underline intention of creating that belief, that it is my responsibility to protect the human race while it is every other to protect theirs, leaving me in a state of helplessness and irresponsibility to take care of mine and ours. That right there is programming and witchcraft. I am first what they have used to divide me from the table. I would unite with my struggle. Whether that would be my last bus stop to that idea is left for me

Why People Lie

Understanding why people lie stems from the mental obstacles imposed by race and their socioeconomic class. As a black man, the very fact of being in black skin automatically places one at a low tier of the racial hierarchy. The focus shifts from seeking upward mobility to ensuring one does not occupy the bottommost rung. Consequently, the primary competition becomes a race-based struggle, a deliberate design ingrained in societal structures. Being born into the poorest segment of this lower class leaves one's survival contingent on the ability to articulate falsehoods—lies told to navigate the challenges posed by individuals like politicians, professionals, and religious figures who function as survival-of-the-fittest threats. It's worth noting that even individuals in the middle class of this lower racial tier may resort to deception for personal gain. However, having secured their position, they no longer find the need to deceive for survival. Consider figures like Davido or

Perhaps a People Revolution

Sadly, according to the United Nations, approximately 25,000 individuals succumb to food starvation worldwide daily. Shockingly, within this figure, when considering groups of 10 people, three are Nigerians who perish due to starvation. An intriguing aspect emerges when scientific studies reveal that starvation, in fact, claims fewer lives than dehydration. The absence of water can lead to a faster demise, possibly within 72 hours, compared to the up to seven days one may survive without food. It is disheartening to note that the 25,000 daily deaths from food scarcity constitute a cumulative tragedy. Those perishing today would have initiated their tragic journey towards death about seven days prior. This alarming reality prompts a call to action. We cannot allow this to become the norm, especially in Nigeria. We must recognize our responsibility and collectively ensure that no one succumbs to hunger again. Addressing this issue necessitates concerted efforts. One avenue could be chall

Revolutionary Way of Studying

Hello Comrades! Let's delve into the scientific aspect of revolutionary study. Embracing a scientific approach, courtesy of technology is pivotal. Recognizing the shift in study dynamics from the pre-technological revolution era to the present is crucial. Now, let's explore why you should consider this modern way of studying. In our conversation, we'll highlight how technology provides an opportunity to reshape our learning methods—from the conventional approach of reading to options like listening. Imagine completing a book of 300 to 400 pages through the listening option via technology, a process that might have seemed time-consuming in the past. Some argue that traditional reading remains one of the most effective ways to learn, enhancing assimilation better than listening. I concur, acknowledging that the act of repetition can compensate for true listening. However, with the current method, it would only take about 7 to 9 hours of listening to finish a comprehensive boo

PEL

The Congolese struggle has been one that shares similarities with other African Nations in the hands of the imperialist, and also not fail to mention that it is a Nation that has experienced the full brutality even to this day from oppressors. One story that captures this brutality is the person of Patrice Emry Lumumba. Here is his story and the summary of what DR Congo has been going through and is still much present. Africa must unite, liberated study, and revolution work must become full-time work not just for a few persons but for all. While typing this my wife asked, "When will the story be rewritten?" I am sad comrade... But giving up on this struggle is not an option. https://youtu.be/56oKpJVlX8E

Commentary on Chinua Achebe's Popular Quote Part 2

Who do you aspire to be: the Hunter or the Lion? It's imperative for us to recognize that merely ascending to the altar is not our ultimate goal. This holds true for Pan-Africanists like us and those who advocate for all living beings. The current discourse on climate change underscores the repercussions of environmental degradation caused by some individuals. In contrast, African societies traditionally upheld environmental respect. Historically, outsiders arrived in African territories, felling trees without regard for our sustainable practices. Now, the same individuals champion tree-planting campaigns, turning it into a global slogan. Unfortunately, some among us perceive European or white sponsorship of such initiatives as favours. It is crucial to remember that those who write the books dictate the narrative. Returning to the literary perspective, the lion symbolizes the victim but may not be perceived as such by other animals. The lion's status varies based on interactio

For What?

The sudden interest of the Nigerians living in the diaspora can we call this love/hate/guilt/profit/exploitation/retirement plan or sudden realization of white supremacy. Is it good or bad for Nigeria? But if education is the answer education should have these united in terms of vision? Without the national consciousness European education will be bad for us and the unfortunate reality is that we would desire someone being taught by a foreign system (both home and abroad) to want to live for the National interest.  The kind of knowledge the system would have exposed them to would make nothing but saboteurs and would call it smartness/capitalism/intelligence/profits/eloquence... As for me, the best Nigerians are not abroad but at home (note: this statement has literary and literal side of expression), and they must begin to seek the change they seek within themselves. Commentary on Chinua Achebe's Popular Quote Part I

"Until the lion learns to write, every story will continue to glorify the hunter" - Chinua Achebe.  This will serve as a documentary, commentary, or comment on this matter. To fully grasp the author's perspective, we need to acknowledge that the writer is a poet, widely recognized as such. Consequently, we must recognize that this is a literal work, not a literary one. It's important to understand that language and literature are distinct; they are not easily interchangeable. We must interpret the work from this perspective. Literature and language are separate entities, despite sharing some common elements. Every culture and tradition, particularly in the African context, possesses both language and literature. However, the academic study of literature has often been conducted in a foreign language, leading many to conflate the two. It's crucial to distinguish between them. So, if this work is literary rather than literal literature, it implies that the lion may

Cease Fire

Dear comrades,  for us we know that the battle does not cease-fire and can't be postponed because the war waged on us through the tool called capitalism and others would affect every core part of our day-to-day. Affecting our communities families and even our loved lives would not be spared from this attack.  Some persons quote the word of a religious leader without knowing how it applies. But the true effect of turning father against their sons and loved ones against each other would be the absolute consequence of capitalism and its entourage. In recent times I saw some works of art that would explain these effects and as such would share. Titles: Fair play Ijogbon Swallow Like the proverb says 'ta n gun yan to ni to be o soro' may the force continually strengthen us and to pound the yam and enormous creativity also to make the stew. Èṣù

Èṣù - God of mischief but that is not all to this my ancestor, he is also very open-minded to entertain 2 or more opposite views, which explains where his power comes from. I wish you were as open-minded as Èṣù to analyze and dissect issues well you are brainwashed to want to say god forbid but celebrate the berean Christians for having such open-mindedness. Just so that you know your satan as taught in your religious studies is not the same as Èṣù(my ancestor). Brainwashed yet again to believe otherwise, but ask yourself this how can your satan be an angel and Èṣù a personality and you still claim is the same thing? So Èṣù is my ancestor and proud to inherit the wise part of him to keep an open mind to issues (and not become temperamental and sentimental).  'A gbo e jo eti kan da agba osi ka ni' (narrowing listening to just one side or perspective of the story that itself is wickedness. - African Proverb

Dual Realities

For the past 6 weeks, I have been doing research on the topic of Dual Realities. The mistake of trying to permanentize your escapism. Snippets Escapism affords some relief to regain normalcy and consciousness to begin to think about the possible solutions to the challenges in actual reality. And should not be misinterpreted as the reality. Become conscious of your form of escapism, sturdy the risk involved and initiate an exit time. Understand that trying to take the virtual reality or the dual (escapist) reality as your reality could further bring about destruction to you and your race entirely. Forms of escapism Religion, drugs, japa, drunkenness, sleep, materialism, partying, vacation, sex, etc.

48 Laws of Power

That reminds me of an account that happened over a decade ago in the bid to rescue some of the oppressed then I took a book titled "48 Laws of Power" to my church bookstore (then). Trust Charlatan, he came and removed the book in my absence when got back, I put it back and went straight to meet him and ask why he did that and his excuse was that "the book is not a Christian book." So I asked the charlatan "Why is he then using it on the people?" and never replied. But the ignorant being who they are did not even bother checking the book out to be aware of the tactics being deployed on their ignorant-self. The bond between the oppressed and their oppressors is ignorance. The bond between the oppressed and their oppressors is ignorance. Maybe it dey pain me because I no make money that day. 😂😂

Good on One

Let me make this confession here and it might not be what I will post often. I have nothing against the charlatans in politics and on pulpits. They are yet to offend me personally.  Let me clarify this further some of you would not know if I do not tell you that my speaking up against their actions is not from a personal angle. Let me start by saying that I have benefited from the philanthropy act of Charlatans on the pulpit, business, and politics. Bishop Mike Okonkwo learning institute taught me some skills free of charge (is good to say that I might not have a tech business if not for the institute) and one of my benefactors also is Dangote paid for my tuition. And at some point in my life the church became a home and office to me, and I met interesting people in their also.  If you think that is all to free things I have gotten then you just watch this space. Considering that I am also a trained Google and IBM developer and currently doing a course with over 120 thousand Africans.

1Chronicle 12:32

In 2005, I read a book that altered my thought process and changed the direction of my life. This book was first published in 1997 (8 years before I had read it). The author was narrating an account that had happened 10 years before it was published. Here is what that means, even if I had read that book in the year it was first published (1997) it was already late by a decade. Unfortunately, 26 years later, some people are still prayerfully and ignorantly hoping they could go against the new order that was discussed in the book and get results.  To talk and think differently, you got to invest time in knowledge man, not prayer. Take your knowledge career seriously  Prioritize Knowledge.
