PROFILE OF SAMUEL ADESANYA ADEYEMI
Samuel Adesanya Adeyemi is the President of Success Power International, a Non-profit Organization that among other things specializes in organizing financial, leadership and motivational seminars. He is also the Senior Pastor Daystar Christian Centre, a fast growing, life changing church based in Lagos and President of Daystar Leadership Academy, a leadership school for top business owners and ministers of the gospel.

Sam Adeyemi is the presenter of the popular radio program – Success Power. He sits on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations.

He has authored several books including the best selling Parable of Dollars, others include “Ideas rules the world”, “Power of persistence”, “Strong Desire”, and Power of Imagination.

Reverend Sam Adeyemi is happily married to Pastor (Mrs.) Adenike Adeyemi, an Architect turned Pastor. Pastor (Mrs.) Adenike Adeyemi is by no means a lesser achiever.

The Director, Women Ministries of Daystar Christian Centre and the President of Real Women Foundation, a motivational and healing ministry for women, Pastor Nike also runs a rehabilitation centre for prostitutes and women in distress.

Reverend Sam and Pastor Nike are blessed with three lovely children.

Reverend Sam Adeyemi was born to the family of Chief and Mrs. S. B. Adeyemi on February 3, 1967 in Niger state, Nigeria. He hails from Yagba – West LGA of Kogi state. He attended Government Secondary School, Ilorin and Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti where he obtained his National Diploma; He also attended Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin where he graduated with Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering.

He has done several correspondence courses and other self-study programs in various fields of learning that puts him way ahead of his contemporaries.

The Merchant of Venice

I got to the point of deliberately using movies as an extension of my library. It was 2 weeks to the exam and the book "Merchant of Venice" would not enter my skull no matter how hard I tried, it was a book written by Shakespeare and like the usual Shakespeare style of writing this would be a bit technical also because of its settings (in literature setting means the actual place and time of an event). This literature is centred around the old Italian environment. So there were many terminologies used in English that were unclear because of the Italian twist. Don't forget it was 2 weeks before the WAEC (West African Examination Council) Exam.  The Twist - So my beautiful literature teacher got informed that there was a premiere of the Merchant of Venice book (the movie) at another school and gave us the update.
