Christian Or No Christian Where is Our Light?

The bible related we the Christians as the salt and the light of this world are we truly the Light and the salt of the World?

We have not only limited ourselves but we have also under-estimated God's power and purposes by measuring God base on the mundane things we have been able to acquired.

How can a bro J, the so called re-generated mind (Christian) come to church to intimidate the children of God base on a testimony that God have been able to give to him a 'Tokunbo Second-Hand Toyota Camry car that was produced in 2002 ( I mean used car). This same car was made by an unbeliever (a reprobate mind) who does not believe in the God you think has provided you with the used car.

No wonder the psalmist said He that is in heaven laughs (Psalm2:4). The power of God is beyond cars and every other things we can see, the power of God is enough and more than capable of bringing down kingdoms and re-building kingdoms.

The consequence of such beliefs is that Sis. J haven't heard the testimony of bro. J and how people have started treating him nicely in the church she then decides to steal public money because she needs to buy that ‘Tokunbo’ car because it will appear to he the members of her local church, that sis. j is not in line with the word of God if she fails on the car project.

Rather than for us to be thinking on how we will establish God's kingdom which is our primary assignment we focus our attention and resources in developing sand and paint called the church building, the way some of us focus on building this things is as if we will be hosting Jesus on his second coming (lol!). Books like "Church Shift" should help us to retrace our steps to the original purpose of us as Christ-Like. What we are experiencing in our Nation is not different, from if light looses is light what we happen?

Then I must not forget to mention this Fela Durotoye is glowing with Gemstone, his light is still shinning.

Time Validates

Hey there. Let's set the alarm for a productive day ahead. Before diving in, let's acknowledge the date, which might vary depending on where you're tuning in from. Now, let's get to it. But first, a word on the political and economic landscape here in Nigeria. It's crucial to recognize that the political elite often prioritizes their own interests over those of the people. Trusting them blindly is akin to living in a cycle of déjà vu, where they justify their actions while contradicting the interests of the people. Remember the proposal some time back that all politicians should educate their kids within Nigeria? The dismissive response to that idea was telling. It's clear they prioritize their own convenience over the needs of the people. We mustn't be naive to think they have our best interests at heart. It's imperative for us, the citizens, to organize and protect our own interests. Unity among us is paramount, transcending divisions based on religion

The Merchant of Venice

I got to the point of deliberately using movies as an extension of my library. It was 2 weeks to the exam and the book "Merchant of Venice" would not enter my skull no matter how hard I tried, it was a book written by Shakespeare and like the usual Shakespeare style of writing this would be a bit technical also because of its settings (in literature setting means the actual place and time of an event). This literature is centred around the old Italian environment. So there were many terminologies used in English that were unclear because of the Italian twist. Don't forget it was 2 weeks before the WAEC (West African Examination Council) Exam.  The Twist - So my beautiful literature teacher got informed that there was a premiere of the Merchant of Venice book (the movie) at another school and gave us the update. It was the needed update very sure than any 'maga or fraudsters' update would rely on. It was a turning point in how I would begin seeing and interacting w
