What is My Business?

People often say mind your business, but my question is what is my business?

People, who often make this statement (mind your business) are often the beneficiaries of its consequences. This statement is mostly made by oppressors.

(Every time you go your way the oppressors' benefits, imagine if Christ had minded or still minding His business.....)

For instance, a person in uniform is assaulting someone and the moment you inquire into the cause of the abuse, the next thing you hear is; Mr man - mind your business.

But some of us would leave the scene without considering the question. What then is my business? Because if the business of my nation and countrymen, the desire for humanity to progress or the love of God through the expression of love for man is not my business.

What then is my business?

According to Christ, His business is whatever His Father's business is. So before you continue to do the bidding of that oppressors or charlatans on the pulpit of minding your business. I would like to ask you again:

What is your business?

Note: Nations that are great today are those that never stopped minding their businesses but others too.

Time Validates

But first, a word on the political and economic landscape here in Nigeria. It's crucial to recognize that the political elite often prioritizes their own interests over those of the people. Trusting them blindly is akin to living in a cycle of déjà vu, where they justify their actions while contradicting the interests of the people. Remember the proposal some time back that all politicians should educate their kids within Nigeria? The dismissive response to that idea was telling. It's clear they prioritize their own convenience over the needs of the people. We mustn't be naive to think they have our best interests at heart. It's imperative for us, the citizens, to organize and protect our own interests. Unity among us is paramount, transcending divisions based on religion...

How Israel walked their way into over 400 years of slavery the mistake the present day Isreal has learnt from. Genesis 47 In Genesis 41 Pharaoh had a dream about the economic recession that would later be world scale in Genesis 47 An Israeli technocrat (Joseph) provided the solution that would later be the game changer for Pharaoh. So the recession became severe, Joseph made attempt to safe his family. Jacob (The individual Israel) relocated to Goshen and abandoned Canaan. Why should they be bothered? After all their brethren was doing well in Egypt. So Joseph bought all the land in Egypt for the king. Every Egyptian sold Joseph his field, because the hunger was very great. So the land became the king’s. And Joseph made the people slaves from one end of Egypt to the other. The only land he did not buy was the land the PRIESTS owned. They did not need to sell their land because the king paid them for their work. So they had money to buy food. Genesis 47:20‭-‬22 ICB Question? Who were th...
